How long does delivery take?

We typically process orders within 1-3 business days. Shipping times are estimated to be around 7-10 business days from the time of order confirmation.

Refund Policy

  • We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. In order to expedite returns, we highly recommend you to notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Buyer is responsible for a round trip shipping fee (The actual shipping fees may be more than what buyers pay for in the beginning. Related customs duty and tax)

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer return shipping labels. The buyer directly sends the package to us (depending on country, carrier, shipping cost, customs, customs).
